Salesforce has its own learning community called Trailhead. This consists of learning topics organized into modules, which are broken up into units. You can earn points by completing a quiz or a challenge. Once you’ve finished all of the units in a module, you get a shiny new badge for your profile.
Kaptio has used Salesforce Trailhead to create a customized learning path in order to get you started. These are put together as Kaptio Onboarding trailmixes.
We’ve compiled a set that includes some of the most important areas you'll need to cover on your journey to becoming a Salesforce and Kaptio Travel expert. This is just the beginning. These trailmixes will provide a framework and clear path for success in the first phase and beyond.
Salesforce for Business Process Optimisation
